Just wanted to say hi to everyone - I've been away from the Board for months - but I've (inexplicably) been drawn back!!

I'm already sitting at work, grinning like an idiot - I've missed checking out all the awesome underwater photography, and the chatter about favourite critters to see while diving, etc.

Nice to be back!

So where have you been? Out diving I hope! I'd love to do some diving in Australia sometime, but gotta find the time and the money first.

I wish I could say that I'd spent the last 8 months diving... but that would be a lie!:whome:

I did manage to spend a week diving on one of Mike Ball's liveaboards from Cairns to Lizard Island and back, taking in the Cod Hole and Minke Whales as well as many other glorius critters that I'd never even dreamed of!

The rest of the time I've been on land studying at Uni (doing marine biology and environmental management) and also working part time in a law firm.

I'm getting itchy again to get wet - the trips to the outer reef are soooo expensive! And being a poor University Student its a bit of a struggle. Am gonna have to insist on a dive holiday as a Christmas Present from my boyfriend...
