Hello,

I'm new to the area, and living in Lansing, KS. I'm looking to head down to Beaver Lake a few times before winter gets here to do some weekend dive trips. Any groups that do deco dives regularly down at the lake?

Mike

If you want to dive Beaver lake, you need to stop in a C and J Sports and talk with Jim (candjsports.com). He's the man with his finger on the pulse of that lake.
If you get to Table Rock, you can talk to guy that runs the State Park Marina Dive shop. They get into tech there and run rebreathers ( or they used to).

If you are diving Beaver Lake stop by or call Jim at C&J Sports. Their number is 479-253-9799. The shop is located near the lake and is convenient for air fills etc so he generally has a good idea of what groups are diving and when.

Mike,
That's beyond the type of diving that I currently do. However, I'll second the recommendation of going to talk with Jim at C&J's. I'm pretty sure there is a group of Tech divers doing more advanced stuff over there. He will be able to put you in touch with them.

Thanks guys. I'll give Jim a call. I'm certainly open to Table Rock too. Indian Point was the shop I was aware of, but I'll call the marina dive shop too to see what's doin.
