Great dive at Beach 8th today in Queens, NY. A little windy and chilly for August but nice and sunny. 5-10 feet of visibility (has been as high as 25 ft this month and last), 70 degrees at 40 feet, and tons of life out and about as well as about 15 divers on hand but I only saw one underwater. All of the normal cold water critters plus about 20+ warm water tropicals from damsel fish to butterfly fish of all kinds. I have done this dive about 12 times now and I like it more and more each time considering I live in Queens and it's FREE!:D Happy diving all!
