unless Scubapro is payingyou to create test data, I am with the others. The burst pressure on the bladder is going to be much higher than Over pressure relief valves. You might ask a dive buddy if he sees you leaking air out of your BCD on a dive. The most likely failure points are going to be the the connectors and the relief valves. I can see how the question might be somewhat relelevent if you are stuck on the surface for a long period and you are concerned that air is bleeding out. The soapy water test would probably be the easiest to test... put it in a tub and fill it and look where the bubble come from. hopefully, from the places they are supposed too.
 
Make sure the buddy knows what they are really looking for in a bubble check. My wife's old Diva LX would bubble for a long time as the padding surrendered it's buoyancy. I panicked the first time I sank it in the rinse barrel.

I have a camera housing that does the same thing, venting air from an exterior handle.....and after 10 years of using it, it still scares the crap out of me every time I see it.. :)
