BC Service...How often?

If you properly maintain your BC (rince after every use etc.) you should not have to have it serviced at all unless something is broken.

Note that this may not be true for BC's that include pneumatic valves, like some Mares and Dacor models.

I am afraid I would disagree with Ron....

My SeaQuest bcd comes with a limited lifetime warrantee and requires an annual service to maintain the warrantee.

To have my regs, bcd, tanks, and pony all checked last year was a whopping $35. All those items have warrantee cards and require annuals. Every piece didnt need anything done to it...but I still have to get the lds signature they looked at it.

Your bcd may be different.
 
Check your warranty get it serviced to keep the warranty if necessary. But if it is rinsed and cared for servicing would only be needed if something is broke. Always check your inflator for sticking this is a sign servicing needs to be done.
