Simple question. I have a Scubapro Guide Plus and a Remora knife, sugestion on mt. location. Thanks.

There's not a lot of room on that BC for a knife. If you can't zip tie it like Vondo mentioned, or mount it on the buckle over you cumberbund, then maybe mounting to your SPG hose would be a good option. Good Luck!

I use the waist strap on my bc to mount EMT Shears.

My one buddy carries one on his console. The other uses a sholder strap.

I'm right handed so mine is mounted on the left side of my bc on the cumberbund so I can easily grab it with my right hand if needed. The handle is pointed toward my right side.
What if your right hand cannot reach it (entangled?).

The best place to place a cutter is where BOTH hands can easily get to it.

The Scubapro Glide Plus BC set up would make it difficult for access for both a right hand & left hand set up. That would make it difficult if entangled. In addition to finding you knife placement you'll have to determine the diving environment you want to dive in primarily. If you dive in areas with submerged trees, for instance, entanglement is a definite possibility. If you have to, zip tie it, but centralize it on your central frame.

I had my knife zip-tied to my inflator hose. I could reach it with both hands. I also kept shears attached to a D-ring on my right side (could also reach this with both hands). Seemed to work well (I needed the knife once...). I just swiched to a BP/W and am currently mounting the knife and shears on the waist strap. The knife is on my left side, and the shears on the right, both in front of the hip D-rings. I can reach each with either hand. Would love to hear what others are doing.
