Tutrle - does anyone know which turtle this is? Loggerhead maybe?

I love your pics Adriaan. The turtle does indeed look like a Loggerhead. The jaws are huge, what is visible of the carapace appears to be without noticeable ridges and there are two prefrontal scutes between the eyes.

You wouldn't have any other pics of the turtle perhaps that shows the front flippers, top of head or carapace more clearly? Either way, I'm pretty sure its a Loggerhead.

Great pics !! Love the nudi.

Thanks Deefstes, Andrew and jonix!

Deefstes, I have a few more shots of the turtle, will post them tonight, so you can have a look.
