battery charger light always green

My family has 2 sealife cameras -- 1 DC600 and 1 DC1200. Our last trip, the light on the battery charger for the DC600 started staying green. It is green when you plug it in -- even before putting the battery in -- and stays green even after putting in a discharged battery. We just pulled the cameras out for another trip and now the other battery charger is doing the same. Can this be fixed?
