Basic Open Water Certification

Hi,

I live in Philadelphia and am looking for a nearby place to do a Basic Open Water Certification course over the Labor Day weekend. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Nearby=anywhere within reach of a quick plane/train ride.

oh, and the cheaper the better (without sacrificing quality of course

Splash, in Alexandria VA (703-823-7680), has a classroom-pool combo that starts Friday evening (probably 5:30pm) of Labor Day weekend and runs through Sunday morning or early afternoon. See http://splashdivecenter.com/pdf/OW_Info_Grid.pdf. You'd still need 4 certification dives (over two days) somewhere sometime.
