A bit steep, but not out of the park. It says you can charter the boat with 6 divers for $800, so that brings it down to $133 a person (x6). The cheapest boat rentals (for a decent power boat that you could dive from) are $150+ an hour up there, and you don't get tanks or someone to guide you and sit in the boat while you dive.
