After waiting several months I received my bare 5 mm semi dry gloves. On the second dive I looked at my left hand and found about three feet of thread hanging off. I had to carefully cut the thread which wanted to continue to unravel! Is this normal? Should I contact bare? It is apparent that the seam is glued and holding BUT I suspect there will be an issue later. I love the gloves FWIW.

You have a year warrenty, so I would keep an eye on them, if it gets close to a year and you think they might be coming apart slowly then you can return them for new ones. They are double stiched so you should be fine.

Thanks. I registered them today.

I got an email last week to send them back in. I'm waiting on an RMA.
