Thats interesting advice, but doesnt really answer my question.
Do you people who have Bare ATR's find them big or small, given
the size you bought?

Why not just order two (or even three) sizes, try them on, and send back the one that doesn't fit? I don't have an LDS and do this all the time. It costs a little to ship things back, but it's a lot more convenient than driving a long distance to try things on and then paying full retail.
 
I found that my ATR Light fits EXACTLY as the upper limit of the size says. For example, if the MEDIUM says, say, 39-41 chest, its going to be a 41 tops. If your say, a 41, then I'd go the next size up.

I would say my XL Bare ATR HD fits just as the size chart says.Mine is an off the shelf model not custom.Now the Bare CT-200 undergarment i would say is sized on the small side as mine i was tight in the shoulder and upper arm area.
