They do partial pressure blending. Are you concerned about having things O2 cleaned? Not usually a concern since you're blending below 40% right?kidspot:

For PP blending nitox, tanks and valves need to be O2 clean since 100% O2 is being introduced first and then blended down below 40% by adding air .Al Mialkovsky:
With banked nitrox below 40% (or continuous blending adding O2 ahead of the compressor) the cleaning isn't such an issue.
