I have the location for a new dive shop in the Bahamas and looking at

Mako Magnum (10HP, 220V/60Hz)

Heavy Duty compressor with special transformer for power conversion. Yes I have a bauer as back up but this large Mako can fill 100 tanks per day and not burn out if hooked in a cascade system. Has anyone had trouble with a stream of power down in the Bahamas or used Mako before? Most resort I stayed at and visit all have 120V 60hz with simple plugs for my I pad etc JBL speaker charger. For the Dive shop I may need to run a back up gen set and would need a step down transformer and for normal power at least 220v input --with industrial power- Yes --find an electrician or EE Engineer while in the Bahamas may be a bit difficult.

Any input would be sublime or I can bring you over once the shop has all the permits to operate and boat is onsite ready for divers.
