Baggage limits

Anyone know the baggage limits on the puddle jumpers? I checked the web sites for Aerolineas SOSA and Atlantic Airlines and can't find anything.
American allows two checked bags but I don't want to show in San Pedro Sula and get "whacked" with additional fees.
FYI....final destination is Utila

The airlines normally accept what the international carriers will allow with no extra charge.

We were told a few months ago that the SOSA flights between San Pedro Sula and Utila use smaller planes than Roatan to Utila and they would charge for anything over a personal item and 1 50# bag from San Pedro. and maybe not take the extra on the same flight, depending how full. Kind of get different stories different places.

Does Atlantic fly to Utila again? (Does it still fly at all, their web site seems to have gone away?)

No Atlantic does not fly here at the moment, it is only SOSA, they use exactly the same planes to fly between the islands and all our customers that come in normally have 2 bags and no one has been charged.

Ha Ha Damselfish, I have no idea what is happening with Atlantic, there is another option now as well Guanaja Air is also now based on Utila and you can arrange flights with them that come direct to Utila from San Pedro Sula, they do not have a website, but if anyone needs it I can give them a phone number.
