I tested the video light with my Opple Light Master 3 light meter and it is 70 CRI.

I do wish it was better but high CRI often comes at the cost of less outstanding sometimes green tint.

The Sony Flash trigger will be available later this year, and yes, it will support HSS. You can use HSS now with third party flash triggers like TRT Turtle

TTL can be achieved with the Olympus mini flash, if wanted (FL-LM3)...
