That’s why you carry a lift bag or dsmb. Or get you buddy to assist you.

Call me worst case scenario queen but in this case, I would only want to rely on my buddy for things that I cannot control or minimize the risk of. It would be prudent to ensure that if my drysuit did flood that it would still provide enough lift. This is my personal risk assessment. I would prefer to rerly on a lift bag or DSMB as a last resort. The chances are low but it's possible - if my buddy were unable to help me because they were in trouble or incapacitated, I would need to be able to figure this one out on my own. Assuming and hoping my mind is clear in a situation like this, and I am not panicking and forgetting everything that I learned, dumping weights would be the best and most immediately high-impact thing I could do as well.

Litehawk specs at 29# lift
Knighthawk specs at 33.7# lift

I agree but that’s why I wrote about using a lift bag, first. And a buddy as a last resort. If you’re ******, you got to do what you got to do....

Meaning just the horsepower of Seahawk would be enough with 28 lbs of lead?
As you see from @BurhanMuntasser 's post, Seahawk gives you horsepower and to spare with 54# of lift.
I don't think the Litehawk gives you quite enough reserve.
Others who dive the Seahawk will have to tell you if it taco's with a single tank and lots of air in it. It's either more than you need, or exactly what you need.
Knighthawk is either less than you need, or exactly what you need.
One of the last two, I should think - Knighthawk or Seahawk if you like the SP products.
