Baby Shampoo Ratio

So I decided to give the baby shampoo solution a try for my defoging.
For those that uses such a mix, what do you mix t with and what ratio?

Just glob it in a spray bottle maybe 50/50 works like a charm, also spray a bit inside my wrist and neck seals b4 putting on the drysuit
