Note sure what you mean - was there an error in my posting? If so, then please let me know, so that it can be corrected.

The "protocol" that DA was talking about was the pretest or "rounding out" procedure.
I have a copy of the PST testing bulletin around here somewhere, and I am aware of the "rounding out" procedure. If I can find it (and if there is interest), then I'll be happy to scan it and post it. The specific problem that I had reference to (testing to 5/3 instead of 3/2) was one that we had with some of the hydro testers in the Atlanta area. I don't know about other problems in other parts of the country, so I can't really speak to those.
