I can't remember offhand (been a while since I taught one!) but the shop I work for would be in the $240 price range. $50 per training dive (of which there are 4 for the PADI wreck diver, unless you did the wreck dive as part of your AOW course.) The manual would be about $30, certification fee of $30. That would be all inclusive of full equipment rental, tanks and weights and local sales tax (I think). It compares very similarly for the price my former shop in Thailand charged...
