You have to make sure your boots are comfortable with springs, I use two different boots, heavier High tides, and sea soft sunrays for lighter wear. they have nice heel areas that lend nicely to the springs.
I have Manta springs. Make sure you get the right size. Loose is no good. They are really easy to put on and take off.
