Looking to suprise my wife for our Honeymoon by taking her diving in Avalon. We are within our 1st year of diving and could use a guide to show us around the UW scuba area of Avalon. Any takers? We are planning on being there Feb 20th and 21st. Just looking for a cool scuba enthusiast who doesn't mind showing a couple of newbies around for an hour or two.

Don't worry we're not super new to diving, but anytime I go to a new area to dive, I like having someone show us the ropes the first time around. :)

I might be able to if it was a weekend, but a Monday/Tuesday is tough. In case you don't get any takers, there are a couple of sources of info that might help. First, you can get a laminated map of the dive park at the air fill trailer at the Casino for about $6 or so. It has depths, locations of the wrecks, etc.

Also, there is a sticky in this forum with a lot more info on Catalina/Avalon and diving in the park.

Congratulations, BTW :D

I'm supposed to be in San Diego then, but Lorenzo and Jim have given some good advice!
