When I do confined water sessions with students I wear a rash guard and shorts. On open water dives I wear a .5 mm. The other guys I work with wear from 3 mm up to a 5 mm. I depends on you, as stated above. Today 15-Aug-07 the water temperature was 86 F. Take care.
