S'okay CMJ, one of those NY'ers (I know, I know ), is coming for a visit. Thought I'd put together a dive. Not sure which boat yet. There are a couple open. Anywhoozle, cost should be 'round about $85 depending on the boat we pick. I'm thinking either Captain Mike out of Dunedin or Captain Earl out of Hudson. If you are keen on heading out, post up and let me know :bananalama:

I'll be in the Keys hunting bugs

Why????? You do know you would do better further north, right? You're limited to six bugs down there.

How is that limit different from anywhere else in the state?

Sorry my head was still on mini-season - and dreams of twelve lobsters :drooling: Anywhoozle, rest of season; whole state has a limit of 6. During mini season statewide, except for Monroe County, you can take twelve. Monroe County holds you to only six.

Still though, how come you aren't going with Bill & Robin? They are a tiny bit better than going on your own

Here ya go: FWC News - Lobster seasons about to begin

Bill and Robin are a ton better than going alone! I woke up this morning suffering Keys withdrawal. I began having seizures, breaking out in cold sweats, and seeing spots. The only cure I could find was to schedule a trip down there next weekend! I was planning on heading down with Bill until I got this sudden urge. But, hey, there are plenty of other trips, the main thing is we are all Lobstering next weekend!
