low carb or low fat? :06:

Neither one........... all the carbs & all the fat please. To me it is a matter of balanced foods and moderation.

Does balanced mean a cookie in each hand? ;)

Not sure, I'm on a see food diet. :D

Neither. Balance. We've been on the Omega Diet (tries to approximate a Mediterranean diet) and everyone here is losing weight and feeling much better.

Where did you about diet, is there a book, and do you have to eat a lot of fish? I don't think I've ever heard about it...just curious.

Me too, sounds like it includes lots of fish and seafood. Would like to check out some of the recipes.
