Does OSHA even have any jurisdiction whatsoever over one man ops? I'm not talking companies who use subcontractors (or conveniently make all their employees subcontractors). I'm talking literally one person, having no employees and therefore not being an employer. Well...unless you're incorporated, and therefore you could be a one man op and legally employing yourself.
