Kestrell:
I have an M1 and I love it. If I had to choose I am not sure. The Titan is a great rer too by all accounts. I'm not sure about the waranty for the Aqualung, but I do know the that Atomic won't void your waranty if you miss a scheduled service.

Either way you go you'll have a great regulator.
And it's a two-year recommended service interval...love my Atomic...

You are right, you can't beat that service interval. However I didn't mention it in my post as this diver was considering the Z1 which is only a 1 year service interval.

I just found out I also have the option of the Genesis GS2000. I was reading reviews on regulators and this one was priced higher than the rest. I can, however, get it cheaper than the other two. Would this one be recommended over the other two?

I have and dove(dived) Sherwood (which i'm pretty sure are about the same as Genesis) Dacor, Tusa, Cressi, US Divers, ScubaPro, Oceanic and Atomic. I rarely dive with anything else but my Atomics. I use them for Cave diving, Reef diving, Wreck diving and Deep diving. I have an M1, several B's and a couple of T's. I recently went diving on a liveaboard with dive shop owners and instructors from all over the US (16 of us). Out of 16 divers I think 6-8 had Atomics and then it was split up across the board. On this particular boat Atomic was the clear winner with second place far behind. JMNSHO-M
