What is the recommended cleaning procedure / materials for cleaning a new mask with the coating? Just purchased and I don't want to screw it up. I used just plain white toothpaste on my last mask and it did not scratch the lenses, but I am a little worried about the coating. I have also been eyeballing the lighter method as it looks like it works really well, but I don't want to damage the mask.

Not sure how to best answer your question as I am new to all of this, but I have the mask you're talking about and it is awesome. You will surely like it.

I have the Venom ARC. I used regular mask scrub by jaws products and the results were fine. I suggest avoid using a harsh toothbrush. Use your fingers instead. Atomic as the manufacturer is responsible for providing specific instructions on cleaning the mask, especially if there is risk to damage the coating. Atomic's warranty is very good should something happen to their product. I hope this helps. You have a great mask!

Hi All!

Our ARC technology is a very durable metal oxide coating. It is OK to use toothpaste or any commercial mask treatment product. Please....Let me know if there are any further questions!
