Can anyone tell me how the sizing works for the Atomic Aquatic Splitfins? I found a pair online that are size L. I normally wear a size 10 shoe (mens). Anyone have any idea what size I'll need?

There is no info on their website.

I wear size 9 booties and the large fit me well.
The XL is quite a bit larger, so I think the L will be the best fit for you.
 
I wear a size 12 shoe and have Atomic size XL Split Fins. They fit perfectly with my DUI size 12 Rock Boots.
 
The XL also fits great with my size 10 DUI rockboots, although it's waaayyy big for my wetsuit booties.
