thank you all for your input. To the very first post, I will be travelling some bit to go diving. Mainly the Canary Islands and the Red Sea are my first two big trips coming up so that was my initial interest in the T2, but if the performance is not that much different between the T2 and B2 and the cost is far different than that is something to consider. As a side note, why can you not interchange the T2 with air and nitrox since air is nothing more than EAN22 vs EAN32, etc...

You can, I have. The reason they say not to is because Titanium is at higher risk of catching fire, especially if regular compressed air is contaminated, and then you use a higher ean mix. As long as you don't lay on the purge button at the surface with ean 40 I'd think it would be fine. Imo, and from what others have told me (including a local Atomic dealer) Atomic is just covering their ***. Not that I'm recommending it or anything:wink:
