Just bought an Atomic regulator, 1st stage, safety octo... The only thing I forgot to research before buying all this is how serviceable it is around the world.

Service is available in certain areas worldwide Atomic Aquatics International Dealers, though keep in mind that atomic has 2 year/300 dive service intervals and they are tough as nails chances of you needed to get services on vacation is slim.

Sure I just take my tools with me 
. But as posted above there is a descent dealer network and regs if maintained by the user with be trouble free.

I send mine to Atomic for service.
