Yes. I have Miflex on four Atomic M1's and needed nothing special.

I had their swivel hose, so when I changed over, I had to buy a nut to secure the second stage to the body. Cheap enough.

Z2x or Z2?

The newer one is the Z2x - this has the comfort swivel, and you'd need the jam nut as NetDoc points out.

The Z2 has no swivel, so the Miflex will spin right on.
