DiVentures is a company dedicated to everything scuba and swim with locations in Omaha, Nebraska and Springfield, Missouri. DiVentures focuses on safety and fun in the water and provides a comprehensive array of aquatic programs.
We are currently seeking assistant store managers and retail sales associates for our stores in Omaha, Springfield and potential expansion cities. If you have a passion for the water, we want to hear from you. From the excitement and thrill of scuba diving local lakes and exotic destinations to the enjoyment of seeing a child swim on their own for the first time DiVentures offers many unique opportunities to customers and employees alike.
Potential employees would be involved with both the scuba and swim sides of the business. We are seeking candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, management and scuba diving. Candidates must exhibit leadership and team-building skills
Job responsibilities include:
- Retail sales
- Training and maintaining a knowledgeable sales staff
- Enforcing company standards and upholding customer service expectations
- Managing controllable costs
- Maximizing store sales with merchandising and sales programs
- Analyzing and forecasting sales
- Assisting in promotions and marketing
