Hi there all you independent scuba instructors. My name is Karma Jewell, I have been an Assistant instructor for a year now and I am seeking employment as an independent contractor. My passion for the pool work and helping out on dives 1-4 is enormous. I love working with newbies. The dive shop I usually work out of in La Jolla has slowed down for the winter and to my surprise other shops in San Diego are not interested in hiring independent AI's. So I am seeking out other ways of finding work. If any one needs a steady divemaster/AI I have a very open schedule and I am eager to work with students. Cheers, Karma Jewell
