I know when the best dive seasons are for Thailand and Malaysia but was wondering if anyone can help me out with the best times to dive in Indonesia and Philipines

for the philippines the best would be december to june. although generally diving in the PI is year round

December through February is typically the rainy season. Lots of rain last year during this period.
