I thought it is completely shut down to foreigners. The 14 days quarantine only applies to its own national.
So far its been very vague as the shutdown was poorly planned as well as sudden. I believe that currently there is a restriction to foreign nationals visiting Malaysia. Not entirely sure about the entire ban, its anyones guess ATM.

From today Sorong/Raja Ampat is no go zone for foreigners too (apart from residents)...

HK also imposing 14 day home quarantine for all foreign arrivals now - unclear if it applies to transit (probably does)

I was also informed my Raja Ampat trip is cancelled, Sorong mayor is closing access to all foreign visitors - it has been announced in a local decree but they don't know when it starts/ends

Well for me in Taiwan, we now cannot travel to the following countries for non essential travel...

yeah but right now even in Taiwan who can go diving with me next week for say a 50 dive adventure?
also it's not so cheap in Taiwan with a dive shop and most cannot provide the 3 - 4 dives a day trip I want. Most Taiwan divers I know also cannot do long dives as their are not very good on air.

Does anyone have some links to this - official announcements? I am currently going back and forth with our travel agent and liveaboard provider (mid April) - neither of them are flexible at all right now - nor have they officially cancelled the liveaboard.

Also Indonesia has suspended visa on arrival from March 20th. It is unclear if one could obtain a visa for tourism purposes. :COVID-19: Indonesia suspends visa-free policy, expands ban for people from worst-hit countries
