We've had about 2 days of sun total this spring, if you can even call it that. All I'm going to get out of my strawberry patch this year are big soggy strawberry-shaped green lumps of tasteless mush....

Scuba-sass :)

77F in the shade right now and only a 3kt breeze... and that bright thing in the sky is back.... and no... gasp... clouds!

Need.... clouds.... need.... rain....
77 eh?
That's just barely enough to come out from under the covers!

77 degrees? That's not hot. That was the low here this morning. Try 98 degrees and 90 percent humidity! Now we're crotchpot cookin'!

We're lucky if our night time temps cool get down to 77º! We're already having 97-98º days with wickedly sticky humidity.

Sorry UP....you won't get any sympathy from down south!

UP,

Better get back into your cave. It's supposed to be 83 in the Puget Sound today. Unfortunatly, I am flying instead of diving today.

Summer nights of 77 with a breeze, oh yeah.

Sometimes the humidity brings the temps well into the 100s here so 77 and a breeze at night is nice. I like to grab a towel and head out back to take a late dip in the pool or lay on my back on the dock and look at the stars while the porpoise play.

It's gonna get a lot hotter. Honestly, it is so hot outside some nights 77 inside feels good compared to outside. July and August are really bad.

My advice to you, go to the water. ; ) R

...folks here in the PNW are not used to such temps... and that bright thing in the sky is frightening the children!

I don't think I could get use to living some place that was cold during the winter and hot during the summer.

At least the Sound is still fairly cool at 50F.... but with El Nino starting again we will probably climb a couple more degrees there too.

.. All them yankees teasing us because we southerners are pansies when it comes to cold water...

It's creepin' up on a hundred degrees down here...and I'm lovin' it!

Battin down the hatches, Dee! There is another line of storms heading your way. They are just leaving Austin.
