Will be at Captain Don's Habitat from 10/22/05-11/02/05. This is my second trip to Bonaire. Anybody else going to Bonaire during that time frame? If so, maybe we can meet and develope a new friendship.

I am not sure which of your dates is correct, but it looks like I will arrive just after you depart, so go ahead and leave the lights on for us. Since this is your second trip, could you give me 3 "must do/see/eat" suggestions? This is my first trip, but going with a group with some who have been before.

Must eats are Casablanca's Richards and bistro De Paris. Casablancas you have to get the mixed grill for two it is a carnivors dream. Richards has the best fish and seafood soups and Bistro has a conch chowder in a bread bowl that is to die for. Other places are city cafe great burgers, and Old Inn for subs. I have heard Bobby Jeans Bar B Que is really good. We had reservations near there and i really wished we had gone there after smelling the food cooking.

If you have a chance to dive with Dee Scarr it is very worth the money for her single dive. I wish we had done the three dive package with her. When you dive with her you will get great interaction with all sea life as they know they will get handouts from her and the divers. Take a look at my pics at the link below.

You get to feed Angel fish a snake eel and other fish. You first get a lesson about a half hour of so before the dive. take a look at her site, http://www.touchthesea.com/

Get the yellow book and it will give you a great deal of site info if you are diving on your own. A must have for the dive and drive package.

Herman will probably chime in, i am sure, and give more advice
