Hi, wired $2,500 December 2022 for a trip aboard the Arenui February 13-25, 2025. Reached out to them May 14 and 4 times since via email, sent a request via their online messaging system, and tried calling, but I have received no response at all. Getting concerned. Does anyone have such an experience or advice?
 
Would like to hear resolution. This is concerning.
 
If you paid via credit card, the cc company might be able to help.
 
If you are in the Los Angeles area Luigi will be at the LA Scuba Show June 1-2. You could speak with him directly. I won't have a booth there this year as I am in the process of a family move otherwise I would offer to chat with him. They had some issues during CVID but have heard no bad news since then. What contacts are you using..?
