Assuming Wing Failure (inability to add/retain gas in the bladder)

Getting up:
1) Balanced Rig - swim up
2) Drysuit (redundant buoyancy)

Staying up (at the surface):
1) Drysuit
2) Ditch rig
3) DSMB as life-preserver (simple mod reqd)

Assuming Out-of-Air (emergency ascent/no gas)

Getting up:
1) Oral inflation, whilst air-sharing/redundant gas

Staying up (at the surface):
1) Oral inflation

Assuming Wing Failure and Out-of-Air

Unlikely scenario (multiple, simultaneous, critical failures). Many would argue no need to plan for this.
