With what I can see of the markings, no.
!974 AL80s, some shops won' fill them (too old, they say). Can't tell if they have any more recent hydro stamps.
No sign of a visual inspection, but can't really tell from the pix.
Old yolk valves, useless manifold by today's standards.
Old backplate, may be OK, would not trust the harness.
Unless they are in hydro. with gas in them, risky deal.
IMHO, of course.

total value there is about $20 in scrap aluminum - so you will lose money in gas just driving to get them

I wouldnt bother
