ReefHound and Cicopo--makes sense that they would be anchored somehow and visible underwater. When diving, I'm usually face down horizontal so looking upward frequently wouldn't be practical for me. The last 2 times I've been to Coz, didn't take advantage of the shore diving, only boat diving. Next time, though will check it out.
