I had a fully equiped 65 gallon Reef tank with all the toys! A sump High output flourescents metalhailide light uv filter nicely stocked for 6 years and the two little muchkins that have came into my life recently have caused me to shut it down :(

But on the good side I do have it converted to 65 gallon African Chiclid tank !!

Wife doesn't know yet but I'm planning on a 125 gallon fresh tank built into the wall of our new house

Guess I will start looking for some wher else to live!

Freshwater tanks containing invertebrate cultures left over from grad school. And if I had somewhere reasonable to keep them, I'd get the chironomid colonies back up and running, too.

Some people raise fish - I seem to be raising fish food...

Did we just do this survey not too long ago? Say like in the last two months. Check the previous threads in this category.

Fraid not....my cat would have a field day in the tank if we even tried!!

I have one small 20 gallon freshwater tank with som tiger barbs, rosy barbs, daneo's and a pleco.

My next tank will be larger and be either saltwater or piranha's...i've always wanted piranha's.

I have a 90 gallon fish only wih live rock and a 55 gallon fish only.

I haven't been putting the time and money into my tanks recentley because scuba diving is so much better. But my fish are doing well. It's an expensive hobby. I'm hoping to do some collecting for my tanks this spring, mostly snails and hermits. Maybe some plants also.

Hint: buy fish from small store with low turnover. the best fish I have were is the store tanks for over a month or in a show tank.
