I have a AQUALUNG TITAN REGULATOR that is din with a yoke adaptor. Does anybody have the items to change back to a standard yoke connector?

Any Aqualung dealer should be able to order the parts for you and do the very simple conversion.
For the standard Titan first stage, you'll need the following four parts to convert from DIN to yoke:
1 -----107507 Yoke Screw
2 -----124555 Dust Cap
3 -----103162 Yoke Retainer
4 -----106843 Yoke
You can get by with a cheaper non-Aqualung branded dust cap if you want to save a few bucks.
It's probably going to be more expensive than you think.
You may just end up sticking with the DIN-configured first stage + spin-on yoke adapter.

I've got a few sets from when I changed my yoke 1st stages to din. Pm an offer.
