Aqualung France has issued a recall on certain Legend and Parnter 2nd stages. Apparently there was a batch that were made where the exhaust T was not fabricated to the correct specifications and can spontaneously separate from the 2nd stage causing it to flood. Specific serial numbers are listed on the attached recall notice:
