Aqualung Legend Concern

My wife just purchased the Aqualung Legend Supreme from an online store and received it this weekend. When she took it out of the box to inspect it she noticed a rattle in the first stage. My wife and I have owned four regulator sets in the past (two of which had been US Divers) and out first stages never made a peep out of water!
Is this common with this regulator and if so, what could possibly be making it?

The rattle is the lever bouncing off of the diaphragm. Provided that the reg performs within specs, I wouldn't think the rattle is too big of an issue. Put it together, take it to your LDS and have them do a bench check.
