If you dive infrequently scrub the seals with dawn or a similar detergent to get skin oils off them (inside where they touch your skin especially) then cover them liberally with un scented talc powder before you store the suit.

One was so I can keep diving when one is out on the 2-3 week service trip, and the other for grins. Both of the extras were bought used at ridiculously low prices.
