Aquacolorfix color correction app

It seems there is a new app called AquaColorFix
I saw only this thread about it, but it they didn't discuss its features

Quesiton on AquaColorFix

I know that AquaColorFix was meant to be an iOS based app but I have the Mac version. I am frustrated though that the application will not look at hard drives (internal or external) only your Photo's folder. I like what the app can do I just would like to be able to point it at an SSD to...

What do you think about it? Is it worse or better than Dive+?

It's not new. $10/year. I use it on my Mac and it does a very, very, very good job at color correction. There are a couple downsides:
1) No batch processing - you have to do it one-at-a-time
2) You are forced to put your pics/videos into Mac "Photos" before using aquacolorfix.

I've never used Dive+ so no comment on that app...
