I was looking at dgx and they only offered a 200 bar yoke plug to go in their 232 din valve. I figured if it wasn't available at 232 there then it wouldn't likely be elsewhere
This insert is OK for 232 bar. ( they are advertised 200 bar , even in France, but we do not have 200 bar valves, just 232 or 300 b)

I'm thinking that would be the least expensive. 200 ish for new valves or 200 ish for converting my 3 regs plus 3 din valves for my 2 AL 80s and pony...
IF you could get the parts for converting your older regs. New valves easiest all around.

The DIN kits for the older Titan LX first are near impossible to find. I have two kits and cannot find them either!

Well, if you want DIN, the current AL Core (Supreme) is the replacement for the Titan LX and it has a tiny little first stage and is available in DIN. And it has ACD which I rather enjoy having.

I often carry the Core as a spare though I mostly now dive my G250/Mark V or G260/Mark 17. On a recent outing another diver, I did not know, who had all of the coolest Goo set up had a first stage issue. My (DIN) Core Supreme is rigged for standard octopus, donate the secondary, and therefore the non adjustable and simple Core was beneath him but then, he did want to dive so he made do. Afterwards when he handed my Core set back to me and thanked me for the loan he sheepisly admitted the Core performed at least on par with his fancy outfit! Of course it does .

Just found out these tanks are 7/8 necks so non convertible to yoke... ugh

Every time I spend money for diving to be more convenient I have to spend more money to make it work for us... perpetual money spending. PMS, diving is a pain

It seems you are piecemealing a solution…that has as high a potential to not work out and cost you more than not.

How do you figure? New tanks are $400 ea. These are $225 with fresh hydro and din valves. I get 2 of my regs swapped over to din for about 100-150 and I save quite a bit over buying new 1st stages. I was trying to get tanks with 3/4 necks that would accept pro valves but that isn't in the cards.

If you can find the DIN kits for the old Titans that is least expensive but it is unlikely except by luck that you can get the kits. If you get two new Core sets, you can use one new first stage with the two new second stage Core regs. Then pick the best two Titan LX second stages from the old sets and put those on the other Core first stage. Now you have two DIN double sets. Give your wife person the new/new set and you take the new/old set. Fixed .
