Apollo Bio-Tank Lock System...Any experience?

Has anyone used this tank band system?

Have a friend who is considering. Looks like a very positive lock, but bloody expensive in my opinion.

that's crazy. Get a SS Cam buckle, better yet, have some rubber on strap too. Tank won't come loose.
